One address reaches me, and I read it myself — there is no ticketing system and no support team:
contact@tips-freelancing.com
Put the reason in the subject line and I will get to it faster. Below is what I can actually help with.
Corrections
Subject line: Correction. If a figure is out of date, a platform has changed its fees, or a guide gives advice that no longer holds, tell me. Corrections from readers are the fastest way this site stays accurate, and I credit them where the reader is happy to be named. Include the page URL if you can — it saves us a search.
Contributing
Subject line: Pitch. I occasionally commission guides from other freelancers with five or more years of real experience, especially in areas not yet covered: contracts, tax by country, fractional roles and niche technical specialisms. Send a short note about what you would write and one sample of your work.
Partnerships and advertising
Subject line: Partnership. I do not sell placements in guides, rankings or recommendations, so please read the editorial policy before enquiring — it will save you a message and us a decline.
Reader questions
This is a one-person site, so replies take as long as they take. I cannot give individual business, financial, tax or legal advice — see the disclaimer for why. I answer what I can rather than everything. Questions do shape what gets written, though, so if something you needed was not answered by a guide, that is genuinely useful to know. Most common questions are already covered — try search first.
Response times
Corrections are usually actioned within a few days. Pitches take longer, often two weeks, and we reply either way.
